Make your 05 to 09 V6 Mustang run like a GT with JBA's new JBA Cat4ward® headers. The new 4.0L V6 is a big improvement over the old 3.8L with increased power and torque. Combined with the new Mustang chassis and transmissions - the base Mustang feels almost as strong as some of the older GTs. But the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds hold it back. JBA has extensive experience with the 4.0L V6 and set out to build headers that will open up the exhaust flow to allow the engine to breathe more efficiently. The result is a new Cat4ward® header system that features JBA's heavy-duty construction and patented technology to deliver the performance and reliability you expect. Starting with an oversized exhaust port and smooth flowing mandrel-bent tubing - these headers open up the exhaust for increased performance and efficiency without compromising the factory emission equipment. Extra thick 3/8" CNC laser-cut flanges ensure a tight seal and trouble free performance without leaks from warping. Each kit comes complete with quality hardware, gaskets and instructions for a complete installation. Note: These are the only headers available for the 2005 Mustang V6 that is 50 state, smog legal. Another JBA first.
